The Problem

Agencies were juggling Trello for tasks, Toggl for time, and FreshBooks for invoices. TaskFlow needed one platform that tied it all together with a clean, fast interface.

Built a React SaaS with real-time collaboration via Yjs (CRDT-based), a custom time-tracking widget, automated invoice generation from logged hours, and a Zapier integration layer.
